Account Manager

Main Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business and expand existing portfolio by actively seeking out new sales and pursuing new opportunities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and periodic sales forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Monitor and responsible for the sales lifecycle of a product/service from the proposal, and aftersales service to billing
  • Responsible for the tender process

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive in ICT industry is a must,
  • Have a degree in ICT and/or min 5 years of experience in ICT sales,
  • Proven experiences in ICT project bidding process,
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience,
  • Knowledge of CRM and Sales software, MS Office (MS Excel in particular) and proposal creation,
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics,
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
  • Fluent in English communication, both oral and written.
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
