Finance Inventory Assistant Manager

Job Description
Your responsibilities: The job of an H&M Finance Inventory Assistant Manager comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to-do list includes:

Supervise, oversee and plan every activity that relates to inventory control in the organization.
Liaise, communicate and coordinate with other departments to control the inventory flows in each of the location including DC/warehouse - offline and online.
Manage the ageing report of inventory and recommend the necessary provision required to present the correct inventory value.
Keep track, review, and reconcile discrepancies on each inventory adjustment done at the system.
Supervise the taking of physical inventories on a periodic basis and ensure that correlating activities are properly coordinated according to the Company’s policy.

Minimum Qualifications

Your skills: Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a sales minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. Your personal qualities also include:

Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 8 years working experience in Inventory control from retail industry is a must.
Computer literature.
Experience in SAP (MM/WM Module) and Microsoft Excel (advance level) is a must.
Good analytical thinking.
Team player with good communication skills at all levels in a diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environment and willing to learn.
